Sukoon was born from a deep personal calling — to bring peace into people’s homes while caring for the planet we share. But the journey didn’t begin in a factory or temple — it started over 7,000 kilometers away, in Dublin, Ireland.
After completing my MSc in Finance and working for several years in an investment bank, I found myself questioning the impact I was making. Despite the professional success, something was missing — a sense of purpose, connection, and peace.
I often reflected on my childhood memories of visiting temples in India — the scent of incense, the beauty of flower offerings, and the calm they brought. But I also remembered the pollution caused by those very offerings once discarded. It felt like a contradiction: something sacred becoming harmful.
That memory stayed with me.
And so, Sukoon was born — a heartfelt effort to combine spiritual tradition with sustainability. We collect discarded temple flowers and transform them into incense sticks and dhoop cones that are natural, charcoal-free, and toxin-free. No part of our process harms the earth — only uplifts it.
Crafted with care, each Sukoon product is a step toward mindful living — a moment of calm that respects both the divine and nature. Our aim is simple: to help every household find its sukoon — that quiet, peaceful center — by lighting something that’s pure, meaningful, and made with purpose.
From a life in finance to a mission in fragrance, this journey has been one of rediscovery — and now, Sukoon is yours to share.
Some connections are simply destined — like you and our premium incense sticks.
In India, flowers are more than decoration — they’re sacred offerings, symbols of love and devotion. But every day, tons of these temple offerings are discarded, ending up in landfills or polluting rivers. What begins as a spiritual act often ends in environmental harm.
